Penarth Print Fair
Penarth Pier Pavilion
Saturday 13th & Sunday 14 July 2019
As part of the annual Penarth Art Festival, we are organising a showcase of work local printmakers in the beautiful setting of the Penarth Pier Pavilion. We are looking for printmakers to show & sell their work to the public, run workshops and talks on the process of creating prints using a variety of techniques including screen, lino, collograph, monoprint & drypoint.
You can book a space at £45 for one day or £85 for both days. Also, looking for individuals to run workshops & talks

Penarth Art Fair
Penarth Pier Pavilion
Friday 18th October – Sunday 20th October 2019
The Penarth Art Fair will take place in the unique setting of the Penarth Pier Pavilion over three days from Friday 18th October – Sunday 20th October 2019.
The aim is to showcase the wide range of talented artists based in the area, and will include artists, collectives and galleries.
We will be working with Newport-based exhibition specialists Dimension8 on the event, which will have 12 stands of 3 metres (width) x 1 metre (depth) and 2.7 metres (height) at a cost of £300 for the three days.
Set-up will be on Friday 18th October from 10am – 4pm, and we will open to the public with a private view from 5pm – 8pm on the same day. It will then open from 10am – 5pm on both the Saturday & Sunday, with take down from 5.30pm on Sunday 20th October.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required once the booking is confirmed, with a second payment of £100 payable on the 1st June and the remaining £100 by the 1st September 2019.
Marketing/publicity activity will include:
5,000 bilingual leaflets distributed throughout Penarth, Dinas Powys, Sully and Barry
A range of A3 and A4 posters and banners
Adverts in the Penarth Times, Vale Life and Buzz magazine
Direct mailing through the Penarth Pier Pavilion
Direct mailing through all participating artists
Use of social media – Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

Made by Hand – Call for Entries

Applications are invited from makers from across the UK and Ireland to the finest and largest contemporary craft fair in Wales.
You work to the highest standards making ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery, metal, wood, plastics, mixed media, leather, recycled materials, printmaking and paper.
You are resident in the UK or Ireland and your work shows a dedication to quality of making, presentation and originality.
Set in one of Cardiff’s premier venues, City Hall, Made By Hand is in partnership with Cardiff City Council and Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre. Made By Hand will feature 135 companies selling directly to the public in the centre of Cardiff with a full programme of workshops, demonstrations, masterclasses, children’s craft activities and cafe. Presented by the multi award winning team from Craft Festival, Bovey Tracey.
